Ingredients: 2 pounds of round beef top steak, cut into thin strips measuring 1/8 inch

Three packs of instant ramen noodles with a beef taste

Canola oil, 1/4 cup

Sesame oil, 1/4 cup

One Spanish onion, sliced thinly

2 tablespoons freshly chopped ginger

1 tablespoon of minced garlic

One 16-ounce packet of coleslaw mix

Three bell peppers, cut thinly

One cup of carrots, shredded

One cup of thawed frozen corn

Stir-fry sauce, half a cup

For garnish, use half a cup of thinly sliced green onions.

Instructions:

Get the noodles ready: Follow the directions on the package to cook the ramen noodles in boiling water. To halt the cooking process, drain and rinse with cold water. Put aside.

To cook the beef, heat the sesame oil in a big nonstick skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the beef strips for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the outside of the beef is no longer pink, adding half of them at a time. To maintain the beef's tenderness, do not overcook it.

Add aromatics: Add the garlic, ginger, and onion slices. Stir for an additional one to two minutes, or until the onions are tender and the mixture is fragrant.

It is time for the veggies! Add the bell peppers, shredded carrots, and coleslaw mix. For a further two to three minutes, stir-fry the vegetables until they are crisp-tender.

Mix everything together: Add the stir-fry sauce, cooked noodles, thawed corn, and the remaining ramen seasoning packets. Cook for a few more minutes after stirring everything together, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Serve right away after adding some fresh green onions as a garnish. Savor the Yaki Soba you created yourself!

Safe Handling Advice: Before preparing or handling raw meat, always wash your hands with soap and water.

Marinades put on raw meat should never be reused.

Before using, wash all produce.

Allow steaks and roasts to rest for three minutes after cooking them to an internal temperature of 145°F for medium-rare.

Store leftovers in the refrigerator as soon as you can.
